• The overwrapping machine over wrap the infeed products automatically and seal it
• ld sealing rolls will be placed on both top and bottom with auto unwinding system
• Teflon coated specially made sealers seal and cut the sealed ld pouch
• Pneumatic infeed pusher feeds the carton inside the ld sealer station
• After overwrapping and sealing the carton pack is fed to the heavy duty shrink tunnel
• Size of the shrink tunnel : length x width x height : 1000 x 300 x 300 mm
• Main drive : 1 hp bonfiglioli geared motor heater capacity : 12 KW
• The heaters are designed with fins and are easily replaceable
• Duct is insulated with mineral wool. circulation fan in duct whirls the hot air around.

• PLC : Allen bradley pneumatics : Festo make PID temperature controllers
• Machine is suitably safety guarded with latch type limit switches
